THIS IS THE BEST THING…

After our basement flooded out I was really sad to discover my jumbo Dragonite plushie, who I’ve had over half my life and is usually kept on the couch down there, has water logged.

We’ve dried him out, but he’s really old, and pretty tattered/frail ((he’s been missing an antennae for at least 5 years and there’s some holes in his fabric and stitching too)) and putting him through the wash to get rid of the smell/mildew would kill him. I’m really attached to him though, since I’ve had him for so long and he was given to me by somebody who has since left.

Mom knows a seamstress, we’re gonna try and fix him up. Just in case the operation is not a success though, I’m giving him one more hug, and takin some pics of him, because I am a huge sappy dorkozoid who gets attached to lumps of cotton and felt.

Say bye to the peoples, Dragonite! I hope you can wave hi again soon!
